From September 3 to 9, 2022, a General Conference took place at the Provincialate in Krakow, Poland, attended by the General Administration headed by Sr. Angela Marie Mazzeo, Superior General, and the Provincial Superiors of all the provinces of the Congregation. It was a unique and beautiful time of praying together, listening to each other and discerning how the Lord speaks to us today and what He is calling us to. Among the topics discussed, the theme of discernment, synodality, transformation of thinking, readiness to open our hearts in humility, to be authentically ourselves, even with our own weakness, even risking being hurt in the name of love, seemed particularly important.
During the conference, the Sisters also had the opportunity to get to know each other better and share how the decrees and recommendations of the last General Chapter are being implemented, and to learn from each other, drawing on the rich experience of each Province.
