A formation program took place in Rome from September 25 to October 25, with the participation of 14 Sisters from Poland, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ghana.
Sisters had the opportunity to take part in various activities to renew themselves in faith and in living our charism. Sisters listened to conferences by Fr. Piotr Stanislawczyk OFM conv. and retreats by Fr. Albert Wach OCD, participated in a series of conferences by Sr. Marie Kielanowicz on the spirituality of our Congregation, and other conferences on our charism prepared by the Sisters from the General Administration. They also made many pilgrimages following the trails of the Apostles Peter and Paul and the early Christians, strengthening their understanding and bond with the Church, and participated in general audience and services with Holy Father Francis. They visited the Motherhouse and Loreto to touch on the beginnings of our Congregation, and walked together with Sr. Beata Rudzinska in the footsteps of our Mother Foundress. It was also a unique time of sharing faith and experience, learning about the peculiarities of ministry in different countries of the Congregation, as well as a time of joy of being in a sisterly community.
We wish to the Sisters participating in the renewal program that the time experienced in Rome will bear fruit in their lives with a joyful testimony of love and fidelity to their vocation, and the conviction that the Almighty has done great things for them.
