A TIME OF SILENCE, PRAYER and MOVEMENT OF THE SPIRIT
UNITY IN THE SPIRIT
Here is the Gospel inspired daily piece of art prepared by s. Michele Vincent from the Holy Family Province which she shares with her prayer for all.
FROM GOD’S WORD
The three-day retreat for the Chapter participants is led by Father Paul Trzopek, OP. His passion is the Bible. He spent 18 years in Jerusalem studying it, and today teaches biblical theology at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas Angelicum in Rome. Fr. Paul offered a consideration of the Revelation of St. John, which is a word for both the whole Church and our local community gathered at 400 via Nazareth. Step by step, we discover the relevance of this Book for our personal life, community life and for the whole congregation.
TO DAILY LIFE
“He who has ears, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches,” the phrase above is read as many as seven times in the second and third chapters of Revelation. So we can compare St. John’s letters dedicated to the seven churches to all our Nazarene communities living around the world. What will each community hear? Praise, promise, exhortation, call to repentance? May we hear above all the concern of a loving God.
INVITATION FOR YOU
We encourage you to reflect together on the second and third chapters of the Revelation of St. John, the daily word of the liturgy of the day. May the Word guide us in every day of life in Nazareth. We remember the Sisters in the daily Eucharist, adoration and continue to ask for prayer.
