THREE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS FOR OUR CONGREGATION

WHAT WILL BE OUR RESPONSE

CREATING SPACE FOR NEW

The following days bring the topics with which we are acquainted. These include the implementation of the decrees and recommendations of the previous chapter, the reports of the provincial sisters and the regional one on the three questions that every sister in the congregation could answer. Meetings are also held in small faith-sharing groups and discussion groups.

KEEPING or LETTING GO

Monday and Tuesday chapter meetings are dedicated to the questions:

  1. What should we keep to remain faithful to our Nazareth identity?
  2. What should we let go of?
  3. What new things is God calling us to do?

After hearing reports from the province, region and mission houses, work continues in small discussion groups and plenary sessions. Listening carefully to each other is an experience of the Lord’s presence among us.

DID YOU KNOW?

For more than 160 years, there has been an interesting tradition in Rome of signaling the twelve o’clock hour by firing a cannon, as a reminder of the Angelus and to help adjust watches.
