The Coat of Arms of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth was designed by our Mother Foundress Frances Siedliska, Mary of Jesus the Good Shepherd. Symbolically it incorporates and represents the charism and spirituality of our Congregation.
Description of the Coat of Arms
An equal-armed cross is at the center of the blue escutcheon. At the point of convergence on the cross we see a silver circle with the monogram of Christ (P) flanked by the black letters Alpha and Omega on either side. Behind the circle, a silver lily with stem and leaves of gold obliquely intersects with a gold scepter. Amid the radiant glory of gold rays, a silver dove hovers about the cross. A gold papal tiara resting on gold keys is directly below the cross.
The Coat of Arms is on a background of an ermine-lined scarlet robe adorned with an open crown embellished with precious stones.
Beneath the shield is a curled ribbon with the motto: FIAT VOLUNTAS TUA.
