Frances Siedliska was born at Roszkowa Wola near Warsaw, Poland.

1842 November 20

Frances Josephine Anna Siedliska was baptized at St. Andrew Church, Warsaw.

1855 May 1

At the Transfiguration of our Lord Church in Warsaw, Frances received for the first time the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

1855 June 8

Archbishop Antoni Fijalkowski administrated to Frances the Sacrament of Confirmation and Frances Josephine Anna Siedliska chose the name Mary for her Confirmation name.

1870 April 18

Adolf Siedliski, the father of Frances, died in Warsaw.
